If your VOLTRA I is currently connected to the Beyond+ app, the device may appear offline for Wi-Fi connection.
Disconnect the VOLTRA I from the Beyond+ app
Then try reconnecting to Wi-Fi

Switch to another Wi-Fi network, or
Use a mobile hotspot to test the connection
This helps determine whether the issue is network-related.
3. Perform a Factory Reset
If the issue persists, try resetting your device:
