How to Fix VOLTRA I Not Connecting to Wi-Fi

1. Check Connection with the Beyond+ App

If your VOLTRA I is currently connected to the Beyond+ app, the device may appear offline for Wi-Fi connection.

  • Disconnect the VOLTRA I from the Beyond+ app

  • Then try reconnecting to Wi-Fi


2. Try a Different Network

  • Switch to another Wi-Fi network, or

  • Use a mobile hotspot to test the connection

This helps determine whether the issue is network-related.


3. Perform a Factory Reset

If the issue persists, try resetting your device:

Settings β†’ General β†’ Reset β†’ Factory Reset
