Purchasing an Extended Warranty After 90 Days

If your unit was activated more than 90 days ago, you will not be able to activate the extended warranty on your own.

Please contact [email protected] and provide at least 6 photos showing the condition of your VOLTRA from all angles. Specifically, please make sure to include:

  • Clear close-up photos of each side of the device: top, bottom, left, right, front, and back

  • Images that clearly show any visible signs of wear, damage, or other condition-related issues

In addition, please upload the log by following these steps:

  1. Make sure VOLTRA I is connected to Wi-Fi

  2. Go to Settings β†’ General β†’ About β†’ Send Report

Once we confirm the condition of your VOLTRA, we will manually activate the extended warranty for you.
