If the firmware update fails, please try the following:
Check that the Wi-Fi connection is stable We recommend reconnecting to Wi-Fi or switching to a stronger network, then trying the update again.
If the update still fails Please record a video of the update process, including the error message, so our team can begin troubleshooting.
Before performing a factory reset Please make sure to upload the log first. Then go to Settings → General → Reset → Factory Reset.
