Locking Issues

If your VOLTRA I is difficult or unable to lock:

  1. Try a different mount Check whether the device can lock properly with another mount.

  2. Inspect the dock Make sure the dock is clean and free of damage or obstruction.

  3. Contact Beyond Power Customer Service Email us at [email protected] and provide:

    1. Your SN (Serial Number)

    2. The device log

    3. A relevant video showing the issue
