Battery Issues

If Your Battery Is Not Charging:

Step 1: Update Firmware Make sure your VOLTRA I's firmware is up to date. Check for updates on Beyond+ app or on the unit (Settings →General→Firmware Update), download and install any available firmware updates, then restart your device.

Step 2: Use Our Cable and Adapter Ensure you're using Beyond Power cable and adapter provided with your VOLTRA I.

Step 3: Use a PD Adapter

If you do not have the original Beyond Power cable or adapter available:

  • Make sure you are using a Power Delivery (PD)-compatible charging adapter.

  • The charging cable must be a USB-C to USB-C cable.

Step 4: Still Experiencing Issues? If the problem persists, please

  1. Submit the log (Settings →General→About→Send Report)

  2. Contact Beyond Power Customer Service at [email protected]. Provide us with your SN (Serial Number) code. We'll assist you promptly.

If the Battery Drains Quickly When the Device Is Powered Off

Please check whether Accessory Guard mode is enabled on your device

(Settings → Safety → Accessory Guard).

When this feature is enabled, the device may remain active even when powered off, which can lead to battery drain and prevent it from entering sleep mode.
