When you feel something is wrong while disassembling VOLTRA
We recommend cleaning these two components with a cotton swab or cloth:
Back of VOLTRA I: Wipe down the four metal claws, ensuring all four sides of each claw are thoroughly cleaned.
Dock/Mount: Clear out the crevices of the dock.
Make sure both parts are completely cleaned before trying to reinstall.
When the VOLTRA I is stuck in the Travel Platform with a Dock
We recommend removing the Dock from the back of the Travel Platform following these steps:
Peel the soft rubber pad from the back of Travel Platform.
Unscrew the 8 screws securing the dock diagonally.

How to unlock the machine if the button isn’t working
Please try unlocking it through the software.
To perform a software unlock:
Go to Settings → Advanced → Dock Unlock.
Then rotate the machine to one side and remove it.
