When should I replace the cable?

The cable is a consumable part and should be checked regularly for safety.

  1. How to check

    • Go to Settings → Safety → Cable Health in the app.

    • Compare the actual condition of your cable with the 50% reference image.

    • If your cable looks similar to or worse than the 50% reference image, stop using it and replace the cable.

  2. How to get a replacement

    • Within warranty: Email [email protected] with a clear photo of the cable. A free replacement will be provided if the cable’s actual condition is below the 50% level.

    • Out of warranty or extra replacements: The Cable Replacement Kit is available on our website.

Note: Cable Health is an estimated value. Always judge by the cable’s actual physical condition and the reference images provided.
