My Battery Is Not Charging
Step 1: Update Firmware
Make sure your VOLTRA I's firmware is up to date. Check for updates on Beyond+ app or on the unit (Settings →General→Firmware Update), download and install any available firmware updates, then restart your device.
Step 2: Use Our Cable and Adapter
Ensure you're using Beyond Power cable and adapter provided with your VOLTRA I.
Step 3: Use a PD Adapter
If you don't have Beyond Power Branded Branded cable/adapter around, use a PD compatible adapter.
