Choosing the right mount
If you've got a power rack (home gyms, coaches, athlete support staff)
Start here. Rack-based mounting is usually the most stable and repeatable.
Sliding Rack Mount: best if you change exercises and heights often.
Fixed Rack Mount: best if you want a set-and-forget station.
Adaptive Rack Mount: best if you want quick, tool-free mounting through rack holes.
If you travel, train in unusual locations, or need a flexible anchor (home users, coaches, clinicians)
Strap Mount: the most versatile option for flexible locations.
Travel Platform: a stable, low anchor for travel and small spaces.
If you want overhead, horizontal-bar, or mid-air mounting
Adaptive Bar Mount or Fixed Bar Mount: best when you want the cable line coming from a crossbar or overhead point.
Installation tips (applies to every accessory)
Unload first. Before installing, adjusting, or removing anything, bring resistance down and return the cable to the start position.
Lock check. Make sure VOLTRA I is properly locked onto the mount before pulling.
Test pull. Start light and do a smooth test pull. If anything shifts, reset before you go heavier.
Clear line of pull. Keep your path clear, and keep the cable path clean. Avoid sharp edges, grit, and anything the cable can rub against.
