Understanding Your Coverage

What's Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship

  • Component failures due to normal use

  • Free repairs or replacements when issues fall within warranty terms

Warranty Coverage Details

Standard Warranty

Your Beyond Power products are covered by standard warranty terms at https://www.beyond-power.com/pages/warranty.

Extended Warranty

Extended warranty is available for purchase within 90 days of your original order, and extends the total coverage to 3 years in the United States.

Health-Based Coverage

  • Cable: Unlimited free replacements when cable health drops below 50%

  • Battery: One free replacement per year when battery health drops below 80%

Note: Health thresholds are identical for standard and extended warranties. Extended warranty only extends the time period of coverage.

What's NOT Covered (Out-of-Warranty)

  • Accidental damage (drops, impacts, liquid damage)

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear beyond specified thresholds

  • Damage after warranty expiration

If Beyond Power determines an issue is a manufacturer defect within your warranty period, repair or replacement is completely free. All pricing below applies only to non-warranty issues.

  • Continental U.S.: All listed repair prices include standard shipping within the continental United States.

  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories: Additional shipping fees apply

  • Repair timeline: 5-7 business days once received

Simple Repair Process

  1. Submit Request → Email [email protected] and complete the repair request form.

  2. Warranty Verification → We will verify your warranty status and assess the product's condition.

  3. Choose Option → Select DIY kit or professional service.

  4. Shipping & Repair → We provide prepaid labels for returns or ship kits directly.

  5. Completion & Return → Professional repairs completed within 5–7 business days and returned promptly.

  • Warranty eligibility and coverage interpretation are determined solely by Beyond Power

  • Health thresholds (cable 50%, battery 80%) are measured by device diagnostics

  • All pricing subject to change; current rates apply at time of service request
