If you would like to delete your Beyond Power account and associated personal data, you can request deletion using one of the following methods.
Delete Your Account in the Beyond Power Account
Open the Beyond+ app.
Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Delete Account.
Tap Delete.
Enter your account password when prompted.
Tap the final confirmation button to complete the request.

You may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please include the email address associated with your Beyond Power account.
After receiving your request, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.
Once verified, your account and associated personal data will generally be deleted within 30 days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data may be permanently removed:
Account profile information, including name, email address, birthday, gender, height, and weight
Login credentials and authentication tokens
Device binding and account association information
Workout history, training records, custom curves, and related data
Push notification tokens associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational purposes, including:
Records we are legally required to retain
Security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention records
Backup copies and system logs retained for up to 90 days
De-identified or aggregated analytics data that cannot reasonably identify you
