Beyond+ uses the iOS Shortcuts app to power voice control. If voice commands have stopped responding, the most likely cause is that the Shortcuts app has been removed from your device.
To fix it: Reinstall Shortcuts from the App Store. Once it's back on your device, open Beyond+ and test your voice commands — they should work normally again.
