Chain & Inverse chain:
Chain & Inverse chain:
Chains — Resistance increases progressively as the cable extends, replicating the effect of adding chain weight through a lift. Load is lightest at the start and heaviest at the end of the range of motion — matching the body's stronger mechanical position at lockout. Best suited for push-dominant movements such as bench press, squat, and overhead press.
Setting: Max additional chains load is configurable up to unlimited under Advanced User Mode.
Inverse Chains — The reverse of Chains mode. Resistance is highest at the start of the movement and decreases as the cable extends — loading the weaker, lengthened position and easing off at the stronger end range. Well suited for pull-dominant movements where leverage is strongest when extended and weakest at full contraction.

Auto Load & Auto Unload
Auto Load & Auto Unload
Auto Load — In Weight Training mode, long-press the resistance number to activate. Pull the cable to your desired starting position and hold steady for 3 seconds — resistance engages automatically when stable.

Twin Mode
Twin Mode
Pair two VOLTRA I units for bilateral exercises and combined resistance applications. Maximum combined output: 400 lbs.
Supported modes in Twin: Weight Training, Resistance Band, Damper, Isokinetic, Isometric.
Isometric in Twin Mode: Maximum measurable force increases to 800 lbs (3,558 N) across both units combined.
Quick Cable Adjustment:
Quick Cable Adjustment:
From any active mode, pull the cable twice at normal speed to enter cable length adjustment.
