For New Customers

How do I know if I'm a new customer?

You are a new customer to Beyond Power if:

  • You've never registered your email with us before.

You won't be eligible to parciticpate if:

  • You've registered but never purchased anything. Use a new email to qualify.

  • You've purchased any products from Beyond Power.

How do I claim the free gift?

Each new customer can only use one referral code, and it must be entered at checkout.

  • Enter your referral code at checkout.

  • The gift ships with your order.

  • You won't be able to add a code to an order after checkout.

Any restrictions on the gift?

  • Minimum purchase requirement must be met.

  • Returned orders must include the gift.

  • If the gift was used, a 5% fee applies and you won't receive a full refund.


For Referrers

When do I get my Power Credits?

  • Power Credits are sent to your email within 2 days after the referred customer receives their order.

  • Power Credits can be redeemed on your next purchase.

  • Power Credits never expire.

Are there limits?

  • If a referred customer returns their order, the corresponding credits are revoked.


Where is the campaign available?

  • Any region where Beyond Power products can be purchased and shipped. Refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

What if I find creative ways to bypass restrictions and game the system?

We appreciate your enthusiasm for finding creative ways to engage with the referrals program. One of the ways we make sure as many different people as possible can earn from this program is that each IP address only qualifies once. We've designed this program to be fair and rewarding for everyone who genuinely helps us spread the word about VOLTRA I, and we have systems in place to detect any attempts to bypass restrictions or "game" the system.

If we find any fraudulent activity, we'll have to take these steps:

  • All your rewards will be canceled.

  • You'll be permanently disqualified from this and all future campaigns.
