Import Duties & Customs Clearance Policy

Updated today

Orders shipped under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control. All import duties, taxes, and customs-related fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon import. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.

Once an order has been shipped and entered customs clearance, any applicable duties and related charges are considered part of the import process and remain payable regardless of whether the shipment is accepted or refused.

Refusal of delivery does not waive responsibility for any import duties or customs fees incurred during the shipping process.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused upon delivery or cannot be delivered due to unpaid import duties or taxes, it may be returned to the sender where possible.

In such cases, all associated costs, including original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any import duties or customs charges incurred, may be deducted from any eligible refund or otherwise billed to the customer.
