If you're experiencing issues with your device, please upload your log to help us diagnose the problem quickly. You can upload your log in two ways: via VOLTRA I or Beyond+.
VOLTRA I: Submit a Log
Ensure your VOLTRA I is connected to WiFi.
Go to Settings → General → About → Send Report.
Beyond+: Fetch a Log
Connect your VOLTRA to the app via Bluetooth.
Tap on your unit.
Tap the three dots ‘...’ in the top-right corner.
Select "Fetch Log" and choose "Fetch All."
