How to Upload Your Log

If you're experiencing issues with your device, please upload your log to help us diagnose the problem quickly. You can upload your log in two ways: via VOLTRA I or Beyond+.

VOLTRA I: Submit a Log

  1. Ensure your VOLTRA I is connected to WiFi.

  2. Go to Settings → General → About → Send Report.

Beyond+: Fetch a Log

  1. Connect your VOLTRA to the app via Bluetooth.

  2. Tap on your unit.

  3. Tap the three dots ‘...’ in the top-right corner.

  4. Select "Fetch Log" and choose "Fetch All."
