At checkout, simply select TrueMed as your payment option. No additional documentation is required.
There are two common ways:
Order first, then submit for reimbursement:
Place your order and receive your items.
Complete the TrueMed questionnaire to receive your LMN / reimbursement documents.
Submit the LMN and receipt to your HSA/FSA platform.
Receive reimbursement after approval.
Pay directly at checkout using HSA/FSA:
Complete the TrueMed questionnaire first to get your LMN.
During checkout, select HSA/FSA payment and upload your LMN.
Your payment will be processed using your HSA/FSA funds.
If you're unable to find the TrueMed payment option, kindly provide a screenshot to help us address the issue more effectively.
Once you'e completed the TrueMed questionnaire, you will be able to see the amount that is eligible for HSA/FSA.
You can then select your preferred payment option accordingly (please refer to the attached image for guidance).
